Der Check in war sehr gut organisiert, alles Online aber man fühlte sich trotzdem gut betreut. Die Lage war super. Das Schlafzimmer sehr ruhig.

Die Zimmerhöhe im Badezimmer war sehr niedrig. Bei meiner Größe von 1,65 m konnte ich nur leicht gebückt in den Spiegel am Waschbecken sehen. Föhnen war eine Herausforderung. Für deutsche Besucher war die "Kaffemaschine" ungewöhnlich, da es sich um eine italienische Mokkakanne handelt. Aber alles machbar. Die Ausstattung an Tassen und Teller war sehr übersichtlich, die Messer schlecht.

Bien ubicado. Se puede llegar fácilmente al centro histórico andando. La estación de tren está a 10-15 minutos andando. Muy silencioso y tranquilo el apartamento

Place is located in a very quiet place and is walking distance to major places of interest. The place is well equipped except for a washing machine which was very largely missing. Rest amenities required were provided, with AC facility. Support was also very forthcoming when our issue was immediately resolved the next morning. Best bet for a short and long stay

The property was conveniently located for the tourist centric area, a sedate 20 minute walk was perfect to appreciate the architecture and soul of Bologna. The apartment was located over its own courtyard offering a modicum of privacy.

Although the apartment was located over its own private courtyard, it was also next to what we discovered was a so called rat run for traffic, so the noise from traffic was significant. What was even worse were the rubbish collections which took place between 01.30 and 02.30 AM (yes in the early hours of the morning)

Clean, comfortable. Set off a quiet private courtyard. Touristy bits within easy walk, and nearby independent shops and cool bars.

I loved the location, the apartment itself is cozy. The guest support was great, with quick and friendly responses. There is a socket in the wooden fuse box where you can charge your phone if you ever get locked out by other guests.

1. The heating was controlled externally ( for two hrs in the evening and two hrs after 10 am). The apartment was cooled out in December. I was freezing nonstop and had to constantly wear my winter jacket, even when going to sleep. In this case the guest support could not help me. 2. I was very unlucky with other guests who were partying for 4 days in a row. I heard every word coming from the apartment below and noise coming from the street downstairs. Besides, the neighbours were constantly ringing my door bell instead of pressing the lightswitch. 3. No view 4. I was locked out during night time (other guests locked the place from inside) and I had to wait for more than 1 hour outside at 4am whiöe the temperature was around freezing point. In summary, I was hoping for some rest, but paid 600+ € for 6 nights. I was eventually a bit unlucky, but happy to leave. The place is probably lovely after winter..

well-located, 10 minute walk to Piazza Maggiore, along San Felice with cafés and shops on the way. Main bedroom large and airy, windows overlooking leafy courtyard. i called the staff twice with questions and they were friendly and helpful.

black-out curtains would help in the large bedroom. Although the flat was listed as '1", it says "13" on the door, which confused me on late night arrival.

Great location, very clean and comfortable apartment, perfect for sightseeing Bologna. Exceptionally good contact with the hosts, who were always there willing to answer questions and help with our requests.
