En Suite room with kitchen facilities

It was relatively clean but could do with some love and attention to detail in the bathroom. But it's good enough to use for a quick weekend getaway.

We knew we were booking a shared facility and hadn't tried that before. The other guests were lovely it just wasn't for us as we were on the ground floor next to the kitchen and heard the bustling about each time someone used the kitchen, so it wasn't for us. The area we were in is close enough to get to such as Notts Town but not an area we would stay by again as on the border of an estate, and we went to a close by pub which we didn't rate the clientel as were quite rude to myself and partner.

Everything was perfect nicely decorated and was done to perfection

The bath

The bed was so uncomfortable. Could do with a lamp with a normal plug.

Located within a stones throw of local bus stops straight into the city centre. Walking distance from two corner shops, an italian takeaway and chinese takeaway. Ensuite bathroom had great water pressure and temperature and the kitchen facilities included a washing machine which was very handy. Radiator inside the room (and two large windows in Room 2) was fully adjustable to allow you to dry your washing indoors if desired.

The house is split into three hotel-style en-suite rooms. Room 3 downstairs, and Rooms 1 and 2 up a flight of stairs. If you find stairs difficult I would advise you to choose Room 3 which is off the shared kitchen on the ground floor. There are two small brick steps outside of the front door.

I loved it thought it was great

Lovely place, well located, clean and very well set up. Really liked the room and the kitchen had plenty of equipment.

The bed was a little hard so we didn't have the best night's sleep and the heating is set far too high, had to have all the windows open.

There are only a couple of things that didn't bother me but might some Stairs a bit steep and no tv

The area was very good ideal for what I required as I was out most days from 7 am to 8 pm the kitchen area I only used once.

No TV . recommend a small one on the wall. The mattress needs replacing you could feel the springs when lying in bed . When I used the kitchen to eat a meal there was little like ants on the window ledge. I did have a problem with the stair but they would be alright for a young man
