Відносно ціни нормальні умови. Спершу мене насторожило прохання адміністрації перейти для спілкування в вайбер… та все добре.

Це просторна квартира в самому центрі міста, доступність до метро 1 хвилина, це ідеально 🤗

Apartment is on 2nd floor, very convenient location. Maintenance and cleaning provided regularly during my long stay (25 days).

Квартира простора, з високою стелею. Незалежно від знеструмлення, є опалення та гаряча вода. Вода підігрівається газовим котлом, є газова плита для приготування їжі, є кондиціонер. Зручне розташування, є все необхідне в пішій доступності. З вікна трохи видно Шевченківський парк. Квартира розташована на 2му поверсі, що теж зручно

Дуже тонкі стіни, чути сусідів і відповідно їм вас. Стара паркетна підлога дуже скрипуча, неможливо безшумно стати на неї. Скрипучі ліжка

"Very safe and comfortable flat"

This stay went beyond my expectation: The location was excellent, very central and very close to the underground station. Very good communication with the manager. The flat was spacious and convinient -everything was there for the guests. Though the interior of the flat was quite dated, the overall feel was very pleasant - homely and safe. Special thanks for very comfortable beds and quality bed linen and towels. We will definitely come to stay there again

The furniture and wallpapers are visibly old. I have seen a cockroach in the kitchen.
