Intero Appartamento. San Giovanni Uno

It is an incredibly beautiful place, completely comfortable and in a good location. The owner, Federico, was a great host and provided excellent restaurant recommendations.

I liked 100% of it.

Nothing. The photos of the property were misleading.

Dirty, bad neighborhood, cold, damp,ripped bedding, 2 steep steps to toilet, makeshift sink, a noisy dump that should be removed from booking.com inventory.

Exquisite apartment with magnificent palazzo fresco and decorations, making the place special indeed. Location, access, space were all very good. We very much enjoyed our few days stay.

No basic self catering stays recommended, as it anyway states in the description.

Salle de douche petite Quelques équipements dans la salle de bain seraient les bienvenus (shampooing, gel douche) Si l'endroit est propre les coussins des fauteuils avaient besoin d'un gros nettoyage.

Che meraviglia di posto.. pulito romantico silenzioso, proprietario disponibile e cortese.. soggiornato per vivere il centro di bs una notte, sono stato invece in appartamento tutta la sera senza uscire.. perché era veramente bello e uscire a cena era un peccato. Mi sono preso take away in uno dei molteplici locali etnici del quartiere e mi sono goduto l’app. La zona attorno un fascino metropolitano da città americana.. pieno di stranieri e mi è sembrato di essere all’estero, torno sicuramente.. peccato sia sempre occupato..
