The property is very peaceful. The view of the fields with Fruska Gora mountain in the distance was wonderful. The traditional style of the home is charming. It is off grid due to its location, powered by renewable, solar energy.

The only negatives could be a lack of air conditioning in the summer and some pesky flies. These things come with a place powered by renewable energy and the countryside location. However, when you are sitting there in the morning with a cup of tea, the sun rising, a gentle breeze with absolutely no city noise or neighbors, you immediately know why you are there. It is a quiet retreat. Also, for context, it takes about 5-10 minutes to reach it from the main road depending on how you drive, yet once you reach the main road, there are plenty of restaurants and shops within a couple minutes drive.
