"Very disapointing"

Big room

The owner is not a professional,we went in night wanted to have a bath and the shower was broken so we had a half bath.the other day we mentioned in owner and didnt come...we were really dissapointed because we could not leave because we had allready paid ..I woulnt suggest anybody to go to this appartment....!Also before coming she send us a message that we should pay 50 euros for cleaning and i told her that it says 60 euros for cleaning included in the money we had paid by reservation...sh e does not know how to deal with customers...really bad professional!!! Also very far away from verona!
