The staff most especially Mr Elmer, did an exemptional customer service, he accommodate us with respect and smile at all times even we check in too late. He answered all our inquiries and always there to guide and help us, he maintained the entire area cleaned at all times. He didn't only give his excellent service to my family but also with my visitors who came to celebrate my bday. and most with my old father who need assistance going to toilet. I celebrated my bday during our stay, Dampa restaurant who is connected with the accommodation, made my celebration so awesome, foods were great, table preparation was spectacular and everything was done in just short notice. The staff who assist us during that day were so amazing. Thank you very much. This is unforgettable memory for all us most especially with my kids, they used to tell me, If we will stay again in Urdaneta, we should stay again in this place. Thanks again.

How to get into the place. We reached the place early morning,, since its new to us we didn't expect that we need to pass by in a very narrow street, only one car can get into it and so we missed it twice, I expected it is just along the highway.

Staff is very helpful and accomodating.

We booked for spa room but the spa bath wasnt working properly.. toilet is dusty however it was spacious

The place was nice and secure and i like the pool

They charged us per hour of the excess stay after 12 pm and we even checked in very late at past 8 pm the day before, there was no consideration

Staff was nice and friendly. The whole place is far beyond expectations. The staff was super nice to give us a lower room the next day because of my Grandma. We will definitely recommend and surely will come back here again.

Thr size of the breakfast is not that fancy and big, should have been with brewed coffee and fruits just to have balanced 1st meal to start the day.

Just to improve on the breakfast and better check in process / procedure.
