Izinyoni Place, Mangrove Beach Estate

I would most definitely go back over and over again,it was peaceful and comfortable. The views are everything could actually hear the waves break and the balcony view is amazing. Would highly recommend this spot

The place was close to the beach the pics I saw on bookings.com was accurate the hosts were friendly and helpful. There was plenty to do like gyming and games so the rain did not spoil our holiday

The walk to the beach wasn't very safe someone can loose there footing and get seriously injured.

The flat was located right next to the freeway and the entire nights we were disturbed by trucks and racing cars. Not relaxing. The toaster was not working properly. The 2nd bedroom was smelling damp. There was so much of moisture. No aircons only fans

Private beach access and the price

The bedding. They need to consider white linen and ensure that when washed a fabric softer is used because the pillows has sweat smell on the first day. But the host did not take it personally when I asked for them to be changed. The cleaning lady had a bit of attitude though.

the beach walkway was not ideal for our 60 years old mom because of the steepness of the walkway.

The location was close to the beach and that's whst we needed. The pool was very clean. The place is so beautiful

I thought the staff will come maybe during the week to clean as we stayed for 6 days. There were no cloths to clean the toilet and shower. The arrival time was 14:00 however when we got there the room was not prepared. We booked in at around 16:00. That's what they need to work on.

The cleanliness, unit is spacious, safe, the sea view and the friendliness of the caretaker and manager.

The double bed, not to my comfort. The river is not flowing, thus sometimes you get a bad odour.

This is good accommodation - clean, comfortable, well located and well equipped, provided with everything we needed. Facilities on site were good - there was a pool, easy access to the beach, and a gym to use. Friendly and helpful host on site.

Unfortunately, and acknowledging that this is not the fault of the property, we did not have electricity for half of our stay. The heat and humidity at this time of year is extremely high and the loss of power meant that we were unable to use the provided (and very effective) fans to keep a manageable temperature. There was no backup option and sleep was difficult due to heat. Although we had made arrangements to collect keys at a specific time, there was no-one present to meet us but this was efficiently sorted out after a few calls.
