SGHost gave clear instructions and helpful advice on what to explore. Apartment was a peaceful cosy space with utensils needed for cooking. Decor was really cute, and there were ample areas to chill on (dining bench, couches etc). Great location in the centre of town
It would have been nice if the kitchen was stocked with some basic ingredients like oil, salt and sugar (there was a jar but it was running low. More thorough attention to cleanliness would also have been nice – one of the towels was a bit dirty, and a spoon in the drawer had caked peanut butter on it. There was also a spot on the rug near the kitchen that seemed perpetually damp (not sure if it's due to a spot on the floor or something). Couch could be wider to be more comfortable.

The bathroom was very modern but had a musty smell all the time as there was no ventilation, extractor fan did not work,struggled with key safe as originally been sent wrong code by booking.com, but owner was very helpful when we called
GBthe location was excellent, the bathroom was spotless. the host was excellent at responding quickly when I messaged that a door cupboard in the kitchen was loose, and prior to our stay they were helpful with suggestions, and gave us thorough info about collecting keys/parking/how to use appliances etc.
Hygiene was an issue - whilst the bathroom was spotless, there was hair on the rug, the kitchen wasn't up to standard and the fridge smelt strongly of cheese. the sofa bed was very uncomfortable.
GBThis is a top floor apartment. I (even at the age of 80) didn’t find the stairs a problem, but anyone who is lame or obese could struggle. I liked the central location and proximity to Waitrose.
There was a technical issue of which Patrick was unaware before my arrival, but he dealt with the matter when I reported it and also offered a rebate. I was entirely satisfied with his approach

HKGBEverything you could need in one comfortable location that is very convenient for the town centre facilities and opera house. Bus, train and car parking all within 5 easy minutes walk.
WiFi was a bit hit and miss. No problem, though, as my own signal was strong.
