Studio apartment in recently-built modern building gives very good value for money for short stays. Comfortably sleeps 2, with lots of pillows, working small appliances and water heater, free wifi and netflix on HD tv, and a bright sunny window from a high floor. Helpful and accessible host Jerome, who made it easy to do a self check-in and check-out.

Just manage expectations on the size of the room. Also, don't look for a dining table, but there's a functional bar-type plank attached to a wall with 3 stools to sit on. Should also factor in additional cost of an overnight parking slot (optional, but have to reserve and pay separately if you need one).

I like the ease and comfort from booking to actual stay to when we checked out.

Staff is very accomodating

Checked in and settled down, went to the comfort room and observed pee marks in the toilet seat. Cups in the cupboard that were supposed to be clean has coffee granule stains inside. It's like it was not washed. No dishwashing and bath soaps, no tissue rolls too.

limited furnishings. but for someone who’s planning to roam around city all day and visit tourist spots, furnishings are okay. oh. I was just sad that there was no toilet paper provided. Huhu
