Location was perfect for us. Lovely local river walk and not far from the waterfall but still central to dining out and Moffat central town.

Really cosy comfy cottage. Very pleasing and well equipped. Great location, enjoyed looking round Moffat on foot. Good check in and out times. Slept well, quiet location yet so close to the centre. Look forward to staying again to explore more when have time and light enough for evening walks. Very spacious yet cosy so will be happy to come again and even stay alone. Very friendly town, everyone welcoming.

Great location, very well equipped, lovely and warm for a late December stay. Easy, accessible parking and good dog walking options. Owners were very responsive and helpful.
