The place was old and smelled old but they tried to cover it up with perfume. I was not able to stay there due to my asthma that was triggered and they refused to refund anything. It looks nice in the pictures but the other rooms have smokers and the floors are old and creak.

I arrived at 1am because of a late flight and I had to call 911 because they were sketchy individuals in a car that was being turned on and off, and these people were watching inside the apartment; I am an alone women, had to leave and go to a hotel. The property responded: nobody saw anything (of course, it was 1am there was no one awake, and like a horror movie); in addition to that, when I booked, I was not receiving the instructions to get it, so texted the property and they said just call booking because we sent it. The property itself looks like a bad dream where they cook heroin. Therefore, in addition to this sketchy situation and 911 call there is a horrendous service, horrendous place.

Location and unit were great! Kitchen was great and plenty of space in unit. Safe area and parking was an available. Walked to all the bars and coffee shops.

Bedroom was a little hot. Window AC was running but having a hard time cooling the space. Mattress was ok.

The apartment I rented was great for two people, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen has all the utensils we needed. Very good location, close to all the places I needed to go, and it has a parking lot in the back of the building. Personally I had a nice time staying there, I would recommend!

It was very cute, cozy, comfortable. The building was quiet. It was a nice area. Everything was clean and simple. Loved the historic feel to it.

The sofa bed wasn’t too comfy and the tv was very far and small. Didn’t enjoy much of the living room space. :(

Great location, as there is not much accommodation in Lower Greenville. A few great cafes within walking distance.

Great location. Quiet but within walking distance of bars and restaurants. Definitely suited needs for a couple days. Good value.

Appliances could be updated but definitely did the job!
