La principale qualité est la localisation en plein cœur de la vieille ville. L’accueil a été chaleureux, l’appartement est très spacieux et les équipements sont fonctionnels. Le gérant est à l’écoute des éventuels manquements et tente d’y remédier. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au calme. L’appartement offre la possibilité de manger et cuisiner de manière complète mais est à proximité de nombreux restaurants, notamment juste au dessus d’un restaurant typique Ala Pagrabs, typique et avec une excellente ambiance. Un super séjour!

Attention pas recommandé pour les personnes non mobiles, trois escaliers sans ascenseur, il faut être en forme.

Great location in the middle of Riga. Very close to a lot of bars and restaurants but still very quiet when sleeping.

Everything was just on a top level. Excellent location, free parking, huge apartment with seperate rooms, what is ideal dor big family or group of friends, and very pleasant and helpful owner. An apartment is equiped with everything what you need for everyday life. Even though an apartment is located in heart of old town, it is very quite at this street. So, we had a calm rest during the evening, night and early morning. There is a fantastic burger pub just at the same street in the next building. Delicious food and not as expensive as could be due to being located in the old town. And also, if you decide to visit other Latvian cities, a train station you can reach just in 15 minutes on foot from this apartment. Thank you for your hospitality, we had a great city brake, and a cosy stay at your apartment.

A car parking just for 1 car, BUT owner will kindly advise you where you can leave/park another car (if you came with few cars). And an apartment is on the 3rd floor, so it might be difficult to go up for someone with disability or health problems. But in general it is not a problem.

Great location if you want to go out & explore Riga's nightlife. Super spacious, host was helpful - met us 12 at night to give keys and allowed us to have super late check-out.

Not the most comfortable beds, narrow stairs to 3rd floor, only one shower (we were 7 people)
