Casa Vista Apartment by Amazing Accom

Amazing , amazing views would be hard to beat. Really good location - a ten minute walk into Queenstown and just off the walking track to go around the lake. The unit was a good size for the three of us and well equipped.

The communication - I sent a message asking if the water was still not drinkable in Queenstown and didn't get a response. There was no information letting us know that the road was closed due to roadworks which led to us taking a long time to find the property.

The views were amazing. The property was well set out and had most things we needed. Location and proximity to town was also perfect (shame about the roadworks!)

For a property charging this much, I do not expect multiple light bulbs to be not working (none in the bathroom), the shower soap holder to be broken or food cupboards to have a layer of flour in them.

The view is magnificient, majestic, simply beyond words. We stayed slightly away from the main town area so the apartment is very peaceful, calming & cosy. The kitchen has all the utensils required. Great place for family & friends. Thank you Kat for being a superb host.

There is only 1 toilet to be shared for the 2 rooms & the walls were pretty thin so opening of the room doors to the toilet, may wake you up at night.

The views of the lake and mountains were absolutely stunning. The unit was very cosy and perfectly appointed with everything you would need for your stay. It was extremely clean, and very well insulated with great heating for the cold weather we had in July. The car port and verandah were great also, although we didn’t use the verandah due to the cold weather. It was also a very short walk into the centre of town which was fabulous, allowing us to avoid driving in the late afternoon / early evening gridlock - a total traffic standstill - and having to worry about finding a park for dinner. The ski locker outside the front door was also very useful.

Although not a deal breaker, having one bathroom and toilet for the four of us was challenging, especially with 2 older teenage sons - 15 and 17 years old. The single beds in the second bedroom were a little small for our boys as well.

Key box for keys is excellent and great location and view.

Maybe a little expensive for where it is.

Fabulous apartment, great location, great views. Warm and comfortable with everything you need. No parking hassles. Was really pleased with everything
