Modern loft apartment near Christ's Resurrection Church by Polo apartments

Nice property with everything you need ! Was excelled for a solo traveler! Even though it’s next to the busy street there was no street noise .

It would be good if there were better instructions on what trash containers belong to the apartment so that future guests don’t use the wrong container.

We were feeling like at home.

When youare taking bath and water is bacoming cold.

- it has all appliances and household/cooking items you need for a short stay,however due to to a small size of the apartment there are 2 sets of cups for example. My suggestion for the owner is to make sure the cooking oil is filled up or the shower gel or other items that were almost empty when I entered. - there is a beautiful Terrance upstairs that I think is the biggest plus of this place. No info was given about this but make sure you ask info as you cannot miss out on seeing the beautiful view and sunset. - the art in the house is beautiful and there are few nice books as well that I think is a great touch. -the bathroom is quite spacious and very comfortable. -mattress and bedsheets are very comfortable too and were quite clean. -there is also a vacuum cleaner that is so useful to have. But I suggest for the cleaning team to make sure it doesn’t have much dust in it that it did when I used it. - even if it’s second floor, it doesn’t feel low and is at a great height. - the location is THE BEST in the city. But quite literally the best! Right 10 min walk away there is Laisves Aleja, centre, beginning of the old town and everything else that you might need in the city. There is also a pharmacy next building that works 24/7 and so many other stores including an amazing pet store in Kaunas. - if I were visiting Kaunas as a tourist or for leisure, I would def choose this location.

- even if there are huge windows in the apartment, only one medium sized window opens. Due to this, the air circulation in summer is low and it was very hot. - the upper floor where the bed is located is also one of the hottest spots at night and due to no AC and low air circulation, it was quite difficult to sleep. - my suggestion to the owner is to 💯 make sure that the the house at least offers if not AC - maybe a fan. - Another suggestion is to maybe have a paper that includes instructions for the dishwasher. I didn’t use it either ways but it would be so nice to give instructions for its use.
