Modern Stay in Authentic Central Area

The room had flor heating, and the location is great, near the metro and all the cute little cafes. There is a lovely parks near the apartment, good for walks. Lots of dogs with their dog owners go to the park.

The floor was shedding plaster on our bed.We contact the manager immediately when we saw the problem. But it took them five days to give us another room. They told us to send all the pictures and videos to the assistant on WhatsApp or Viber. The assistant to this day did not answer he only saw the messages. It ruined the experience

Ima vlage u prostoriji, nije dobro za ljude koji su alergicni. Cistoca bi trebala biti na vecem nivou.

We really liked the location cause it was really close to public transports and also that we had to enter through 2 doors to get into the house.

What we didn’t like was the humidity that was in the bathroom that we had to buy even the garbage bags on our own because the owner didn’t provide anything at all.The worst of all though was that the lockbox that had the keys for us to open wasn’t working and even we tried to contact the owner she/he didn’t answer and didn’t even apologise for the situation at all but instead sent us “proof” that the lockbox was not broken (probably after they fixed it) even if we had to spent a night at a hotel. We were tourists travelling on a budget so 110 euro for a night were too much!

Well heated, warm environment. The apartment is spacious.

Owner said I could communicate with him/her, upon my arrival until 1a.m. I kept calling around 9pm and never got an answer. The owner replied via message after an hour without even apologizing. The apartment provides nothing, however I was aware. But there are certain things that should be provided like extra trash bags, hand soap, toilet paper. I requested from the owner to bring us more toilet paper, hand soap and towels and thankfully she/he dropped us some the next day. The bathroom had a bad smell. The shower door was faulty, would keep slide open. The toilet sit was not positioned properly. Therefore, the bathroom was not comfortable at all. Finally, the fridge kept making loud and weird noises during the day and night- it was annoying during sleep time.

Host was very responsive, room size was goody, the place was close to a variety of shops (fruits and groceries as well as retailers like Aldi and Lidl) and major public transport. Price was reasonable.

Tv did not work and host couldn't fix it. There was a slight mouldy smell when entering the place. Some audible noises from other guests in the adjacent rentals but luckily people were adhering to quiet hours.
