The location was great and easy to park, close to everything. The apartment has real potential to be really excellent - it's a great setup for a little vacation apartment.

The customer service was terrible - I think that it was mostly AI which was the problem. I requested an early check-in -but didn't get a response. Then on the day of checkin, I got a message saying that if we wanted to check-in early to just let them know. I responded that yes, we'd like to check in early and asked if it was possible. The response to that was a message saying they had a strict no-early check-in policy. This kind of doublespeak was the norm. Please not the jacuzzi, listed in the listing, was at 30º - one degree higher than the public pool for reference. Jacuzzis should be at 37º (we looked it up after shivering) - but it was locked. We asked that they turn it up, and the refused, saying that the jacuzzi wasn't in their listing (it was) and they would not turn it up. Then on the final day of our stay, they turned it up to 34º, probably to try to gaslight us in some other way - which was still chilly but fine in the sun. I couldn't make the microwave, oven, or washing machine work. I asked for directions, they asked for photos. I sent photos, they asked for videos. I asked for directions again. They sent directions. I sent videos of me following those directions. Then they said they would sent a technician. The technician fixed the issues, they then sent a message saying there were no issues and they had not sent a technician but a quality control representative. Yet, doing the same thing before and after yeilded different results. If the appliances aren't working - don't give me the run around, just deal with it. Give me a human contact immediately and help fix it! Maybe I didn't know how to run them - but that's why I asked. Usually asking like that gets a friendly response and helpfulness. Not this time. They said they'd leave us with all we needed for the first days of our stay. But that didn't include coffee. Asking what coffee pods to buy was another run around...
