Nice appearance; clean commons

Checkin Slow, delayed, short and curt without any property info Dining Sat in are for over 30 minutes for dinner- no one. Asked front desk twice-same response as during checkin- “oh someone will come out” Breakfast-no discussion/explanation-figure it out Was told transport to 12pm funeral was available by email. Asked at desk at checkin, late shift, next morning-oh no, maybe 2pm ??? Room 500 shabby. Bathroom door base deterioration Flooring around toilet. Visible bathroom wallpaper patches Cracked bathroom sink basin. Inspect the room’s ‘edges’.
