The size of the apartment was very good and everything was brand new.

The en suite shower in one of the rooms was small so it was a bit of a challenge to move inside while taking a shower but otherwise everything was good, the space was nicely decorated and I appreciate that everything was new.

"Last minute rescue with a great stay!"

After needing to leave our previous disappointing accommodation, we were thrilled to book a modern apartment with all new furnishings, meticulously cleaned before we arrived. This property were its generous living spaces, offering two roomy bedrooms. The private bathrooms were a luxurious touch, and the fully equipped apartment, complete with a washing machine, made my stay extremely convenient.

One drawback was the absence of an additional bed for my child to sleep in

"Exceptional"

Really nice new apartment in Monopoli. It is easy to park car here. And it is only 7minutes by car to the old city center and port. The shop is near, just 5minutes walk. Everything was clean and comfortable. Huge area at the terrace with nice pool and sunbeds. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks a lot.

"Excellent property in a devoloping area."

Everything is new and good standard, the host very accommodating, perfect English and very helpful.

The location is a about 30 min walk from the old town where everything is. There is no Taxis in Monopoli. (Not the host fault of course) We did have a car to move around during the day etc…but after going for dinner and having a couple of drinks is not ideal to be walking in a town you don’t know although it has to be said it does feel very safe.

Brand new flat everything was working well as described. The upper apartments are not yet finished/delivered in the building which made our stay even more comfortable.

If we want to be picky we would argue that the apartment is not ideally located to visit Monopoli (30min walk)
