The Blyde Crystal Lagoon Luxury Stays

Our apartment was exceptional and very spacious. Our host was very patient with us especially with all these new rules one is bound to miss some information.

The security communication is poor and they are rude. One tells you this the other one tells you something else. How I wish they can all get proper training so that they can make the visitors stay easy. We wanted to eat breakfast at the restaurant and we where told stories by the waiter working there. I'm thankful that we had activities to do outside the lagoon cos we where going to have a nightmare. Other ladies where escorted outside the lagoon because they say their swimwear is too revealing.

The apartment was spotless and had great views of the lagoon.

We could have been advised prior to booking that there was a R150pp per day charge to access the lagoon. The beds in the apartment were a little too firm. A washing machine and dishwasher was available but no washing powder or dishwasher tablets were provided. A lot of the cutlery were missing (spoons, knives, forks, etc)

Nothing

Everything! There were condom, eyelash, pills in bedrooms cupboards which my kids found!!!. Meat in fridge, bread in breadbin, open packet op chips in kitchen cupboard!! We left immediately
