Fue un sitio genial donde alojarnos. El recibimiento por parte del staff y su implicación durante la estancia fue muy cercano y profesional. La Villa está muy bien situada a pocos minutos andando de la playa y cerca de todos los servicios necesarios además de estar en una zona muy tranquila. La Villa por dentro es muy buena, tiene todo lo necesario para tu estancia, un salón muy cómodo, un decoración bien elegida y una piscina perfecta para quitarte el calor cuando vienes de excursión. Sencillamente la recomiendo!

We had an issue with things going missing out of our bags and there was poor follow up after it was advised to the Manager or the villa.

The staff were the best thing they were lovely

The toilet leaked there was no hot water and was down a long dark drive the cars wouldn’t drop us there had to take all the luggage a bit tired needs a bit of maintenance.

Great staff! Great customer service! Fabulous location. Great for travelling with friends and family, close to beach and restaurants and shopping! It’s very quiet considering the great location. As females travelling we felt very safe. Everything is within walking distance! I will definitely be booking again

Probably could put non slip tiles or rubber tiles around the pool, especially if people are travelling with children as tiles are slippery when we’re

The villa has a well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the coffee machine and water cooler. The bedrooms each had large double beds. They had their own bathrooms, with a toilet and shower. There was bean bags by the pool. We really enjoyed using the pool and it was well lit up at night time too. The pool is a nice size. The villa furniture is very modern and nicely decorated. The staff were really welcoming and excellent. They were there to help us throughout our stay. They really go above and beyond. Pius the manager is very responsive if you have any query before or during your stay. The villa was cleaned daily and our sheets were changed. The villa is well maintained and kept very clean. The villa is in a great location. It is a 10 minutes walk to Double six beach. It is very close to a pharmacy and shops. It is also walking distance to lovely cafes and restaurants. The wifi at the villa is very good. We felt safe staying there as it was in a nice residential area and there was keys to lock all of the bedroom doors.

One of the rooms air conditioning wasn't working when we were staying. Thankfully the staff arranged for a portable air conditioner to be installed in the room. Due to the nature of the living room being outdoors we did see a mouse in the villa one night. However we were really happy with the way Pius dealt with it in the night. He came over and provided traps in the night time. The staff really do go above and beyond to ensure you have a comfortable stay. We really would highly recommend this villa.
