Casa Antonio at Viceroy McKinley Hill

The location was good, very close to the Venice Grand Canal Mall with many restaurants

The apartment was full of cockroaches. The first evening when we arrived the kitchen was full of them, we killed around 10 of them and twice as much hid somewhere in the cupboards. The owner tried to solve it and the next day someone came to spray the room, but unfortunately it didn’t help. We had many cockroaches in the evening again. The owner really tried to solve it, pest control arrived on the next day, they sprayed the whole place, which helped for a day. Unfortunately the next day we had the cockroach problem again, so our stay wasn’t pleasant at all. I think there might be a cockroach problem in the building, but it doesn’t change the fact that this problem is in the apartment as well, which makes this place an awful place to stay at.

Location is awesome Facilities are fair

Facilities could be improved, microwave on top of fridge and more plates and bowls as well as more non stick pans Mattress needs replacing, it now rolls you in to the middle Front desk not very helpful, download grab if you want to travel around, don't use taxis

Location was great room was neat and tidy

The bed is not acceptable, very uncomfortable.

The apartment is located in a very modern and upper class area and building relatively close to the airport.

There was a strong stench of garlic in the kitchenette most probably coming from the cooking of the previous guest. Also the towel rail in the bathroom was coming apart due to a non proper fixing to the wall. The thing I’ve disliked the most was the mattress, most probably the worst I’ve slept on in my whole life..

Unit's owner and the building staff were all very nice and accommodating. I love the location! Close to Venice Mall, banks, supermarkets and restaurants. Very convenient. And I love the korean store at the ground floor! 🥰

The building did not have a place to leave big luggages prior the checkin such as a trolley. It's either you wait for 12pm (if available) to be able to leave your things inside the room or you look for another place to leave them or else, you will have to wait for the 3pm check-in time. In my case, it was very unfortunate and inconvenient because I arrived at 8am because I had an early flight going to Manila and I was expecting that I will have a place for my trolley. I had to call several hotels nearby and ended up booking one just for me to rest prior the 3pm check-in at the Viceroy unit. The building's lobby area was too hot as well though the ac was switched on. Very uncomfortable. Also, some of the unit's power outlets were not working properly. Some of them were too hard and I felt that it was gonna break my phone chargers if I pushed it in a little further. It would also be nice to have a bigger space inside the shower area for toiletries.

Location is very convenient for shopping and transportation. The laundry in-house laundry service was awesome.

The bed was horrible. It's way too small for the space it was in and was super low to the ground. It even looked odd with the height of the night stands. It was so uncomfortable it was painful to lay on. I felt every spring in the mattress. Would've been nice to have a welcome letter or note stating where the laundry service, swimming pool are. The frequency of towel and house keeping services.

Easy check in, great location, clean and orderly.
