Selborne Studios Off road gated parking

Let’s just say, we wasn’t ready to leave ! I cannot describe how this perfect Selborne Studios is. It’s miraculously clean and quiet. Mark the owner, was absolutely amazing throughout, we can’t not thank him enough ! The beds are super comfortable and to have all the amenities you can ever need in one room, they even coffee machines with fully stocked pods etc too, it’s an absolutely unbelievable place. It’s like being at home. If available myself & my friends will only ever be staying here. Mark is a credit, we’ll see you and Daisy very soon ! PS We’re gonna steal Daisy next time hehe

Mark is a great host. Very helpful and can’t do enough to make our stay perfect. He deserves to do well.

There was off street parking which makes you feel more secure. All the rooms have En-Suite bathrooms and a mini kitchen which was exactly what I was looking for! Mark was absolutely amazing and very welcoming and more than happy to help and accommodate anything required.

The accommodation was great perfect for our engineer whom stayed there for the week. Comfortable, clean and efficient. The host has great communication and will answer any queries very easily.

Didn't expect such a lovely room, very comfortable, clean and great decor. Great layout with everything you need. They thought of everything!

Mark, the host, was friendly and so welcoming - couldn't do enough for you. The rooms are clean and fitted with great facilities: very comfy bed; showers are pretty cracking; more or less full kitchen to cook as you please; and the TV with every subscription you could want! The coffee machine is a nice touch too!

Walls were a little thin, so able to hear TV in the next rooms, but this did not affect a wonderful stay. Only thing missing, I would say, is a chair in each room so that you don't have to eat sitting on the bed. There are sofas in communal spaces however!

Great communication throughout. Room was just what we needed and handy to have a fridge in there too. We'll certainly use again next time we're in the area.

Host was very friendly and the new built studio I could just say the pictures speaks for itself.

New refurbished clean rooms in a quiet area just what i needed after a long day at work. Mark the host was very helpful if i needed anything. Would definitly recommend this to all. I have stayed in multiple places these past weeks for work but this was the best by far. I will be using this again.
