Valletta view Apartments by ST Hotels

The property was nice, but the building immediately behind it is being demolished. Construction starts at 7:30am every day and goes till 5:30pm. It's very noisy in the apartment during this time, especially the bedrooms. This was not disclosed by the property ahead of time. The apartment should either be DEEPLY discounted or unavailable for booking until construction is completed.

L’apartament era un àtic amb una gran terrassa, 3 habitacions àmplies, 2 banys, cuina-menjador i sala d’estar. Està situat a davant de l’estació de busos. L’accés al club Aqualuna estava inclòs en el preu.

La porta d’accés estava entre dos bars i la vorera totalment ocupada per bars. Molt difícil circular amb cotxet per la zona.

Good location and view from the balcony. Spacious apartment. Reception not far from the apartments. Parking in streets behind and buses in front. Use of the pool across the road was a bonus but I imagine in summer it'd be packed.

For the 150€/night price tag, the apartment should have been better. All furniture needed modernising, tiles, bathroom, moulding grout, bedding, wallpaper, cheap toilet paper etc. The balcony furniture looked dirty , can't say if it had been cleaned or not, but definitely not comfortable. Couldn't lock any of the windows/sliding doors so we just had to hope no one would enter over the balconies. The windows weren't insulted so you could hear everything happening on the busy street below. Bathroom was way too old and in need of repairs. The kitchen was fully equipped but there was no sponge to wash up with and no tea towels nor oven mitts to use the oven. Our check out was 11am - great ! - but the cleaners knocked and entered with their own key at 8:30am. The lift wasn't working when we arrived so we had to climb the four long floors up with our heavy bags. To be fair, they did get it working again within the next few hours.

Property was spacious and in a great location, the beds were very comfortable and the room service was great fresh towels everyday! Had everything in it you needed.

The builders at the back of the property working on construction were very loud and disturbing, the main door into the apartments from the road never locked!

Sijainti hyvä ja huoneisto hyvänkokoinen.

Huoneiston oven lukko ja osa sähköistä ei toiminut kun menimme huoneistoon. Pari kertaa kun asiasta sanottiin niin viat korjattiin. Nahkasohva oli repale joka oli viltillä peitetty. Keittiövälineitä oli huonosti. Rakennustyömaat molemmilla puolilla huoneistoa joten melu alkoi ennen aamu kahdeksaa.

es wurden jeden Tag die Handtücher gewechselt, obwohl ich das nicht wollte (Handtuch am Haken), einmal dafür gar kein neues bekommen, nur noch 1 kleines Tüchlein gehabt. Ansonsten wurde nicht groß sauber gemacht. Hätte gerne einen Besen gehabt, damit man wenigstens selber mal kehren könnte. Alles in allem aber eine top moderne Wohnung und sehr zufrieden!!
