The facilities were clean and spacious. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Room service arrived timely and hot.

I wish some of the pool bar food would be available at the evening restaurant.

"Amazing stay"

Everything!! Staff were amazing, room and view (suite sea view) were unreal, a real home from home feel. Location at the Lido was great also, nice and relaxing and then only 20 mins walk into Funchal too.

Occasional smell of drains reported, which maintenance team fixed within 20 minutes of calling reception!!
