Malheureusement, je n’ai pas pu accéder à l’hébergement, car le téléphone de l’hôte était injoignable. Lorsque j’ai enfin réussi à le contacter via l’application Booking, il m’a assuré qu’il était en route. Cependant, après de longues minutes d’attente, je l’ai relancé dans la conversation, mais je n’ai plus reçu aucune réponse. Une expérience très décevante, je ne recommande pas du tout ! D’ailleurs, je tiens à remercier le service client de Booking pour sa réactivité.
