"Exceptional"

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very modern and comfortable. Overall, the hotel was very clean.

I did not like using Booking.com to book the hotel. The price was higher than I could have got if I went direct to the hotel. We arrived earlier than planned and reservation was not available at the hotel.

The room was very nice. The premises were very nice and kept up. They only take card there no cash I was a little upset. I had two cards and they can only take one. So that was kind of bad. The food there is really tasty. I would definitely book there again. Oh I went there because of a tornado watch and they have an underground basement

"Safety?"

6.0

Some security issues with unlocked rooftop doors with access to hvac units. Also, unlocked extior doors, too, stairwells that leads to every floor.
