Detached Cottage Yards from the Beach

Location was excellent, just a short walk to the beach. The bungalow was spacious and clean and well equipped with everything that you would need. Communication with the host was excellent and responded really quickly to questions. We had a lovely weekend

Nothing I didn’t like, if you have mobility problems then the bathroom might not be suitable. For is it wasn’t a problem

Parking, garden area, plenty of sofas in living room, cleanliness, great communication with host, 5 minute walk to beach

Slight smell of damp but this didn't stop our stay being enjoyable

W domku było bardzo czysto, dodatkowo pełne wyposażenie kuchni w garnki, patenie, sztućce talerze, szklanki itp. Kawa, herbata i mleczko do kawy również nas miło zaskoczyły, oprócz tego zabawki dla dzieci i książki. Ogród przez cały dzień znajduje się w słońcu a do plaży jest bardzo blisko (ok 1min spacerkiem). Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry, bardzo życzliwi ludzie.

Property is 2 minutes away from the beach, however the beach is covered in dog poop.

There was dog hair and dirt all over the property. It clearly hasn’t been cleaned. We had to wash the bedding before we could sleep (hair, mould, stains) and clean the plates etc but we could eat off them, and clean the seats before we could sit on them. Contacted the owner but they said they were too far away and couldn’t get anyone over to clean the house. We weren’t contacted again after this. Didn’t expect to pay £500 for a dirty house.

Beautiful home, everything was spotless on arrival, fully equipped for everything even toys for the kids. Extremely close to the beach. Exceeded all expectations. Already booked for next year .

Absolutely nothing, it was perfection

It really is yards from the Beach. Although you do have to go off public roads and down a track to it, it is easy to get to in a car and there's room for two cars at least. It has all you'd need. We were especially impressed with the selection of old ladybird books in the kids' bedroom. The decking area is another wizard usable space. You're asked to use one particular toilet for 'thunder and lightning' which was fine as the weather was good. The place has been decorated well with a bit of a seaside nautical theme.

The Kitchen and breakfast bar is a bit tight, but fine unless you want a sit down meal. The kitchen is reasonably well stocked with good non-stick pans and utensils including decent knives and tin-opener. I liked the Marmite cook book.

The location. The original features and the decor including lots of local historical postcards and pictures. Lots of thought has gone into the facilities especially in the children's room.

There was no dining table only a breakfast bar that seated 3.

To be honest everything, it had everything you could need, the location was great as it was so close to the beach and not far from the centre of Chapel!

My only little quibble is probably the tight road to get to and from the property. Saying that as it isn’t a busy road this caused us no problem in our stay and wouldn’t put us off coming back.
