Ya es la segunda vez q me hospedó aquí y lo seguiría aligiendo cada que regrese a matera el apartamento es super lindo muy limpio la cama super cómoda para descansar una cosina con todo lo necesario para cosinar cerca al centro de matera siempre supera mis expectativas la comunicación con el anfitrión siempre muy bueno lo super recomiendo

Soluzione comoda a 5 minuti dalla piazza centrale di Matera. Comodo il check-in ed il ritiro delle chiavi in autonomia. Soluzione ben attrezzata, manca solo di lavatrice ma a 10 minuti è raggiungibile una lavanderia self service. Purtroppo però...

...tutte le sere (3 in totale) abbiamo subito lo scherzo di alcuni ragazzini della zona che, dalle 23:30 alle 00:00, passavano a dare pugni o calci al portone in maniera ripetuta per poi scappare. Questa cosa ha guastato il sonno nostro e della nostra bambina di 1 anno, oltre alla permanenza in generale a Matera.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Etwas weit vom Busbahnhof weg, aber okay. In die Altstadt waren es nur ein paar Minuten. Leider gibt es kaum Fenster, daher etwas dunkel. Aber es ist sauber und für einen kurzen Aufenthalt super geeignet.

Everything, easy check in (although you have to fill in the form a few days before, which takes some time), perfect localisation (not that far away from the train station and old city), cleanliness, contact with host etc. Nothing to complain.

It was exactly as advertised maybe a little bit smaller than expected. Clean and comfortable and a fantastic location. Would stay here again. Wifi was great. Communication with the property was good and checkin and check out were super easy!

Shower is quite small with a shower curtain and the front door was difficult to lock/unlock it felt like we might break it whenever we locked it.
