The room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable.

The WiFi didn't work, there was no hot water, there was no eating area so breakfast had to be eaten in the room. The 'year round' pool was not open, and when I tried to arrange an Ayurvedic massage I was kept waiting for 2 hours only to be told it wasn't possible. The worst part though is that when I asked about checkout time, I was told I could stay to the evening if I liked, with no mention of extra cost. I thought this was them being nice, and so stayed until 3 as that was convenient, only to be charged the cost of a full extra night for late checkout.

Best service and price.. worth for money..

This is a negative review which I would like to mention well in advance We had stayed at this resort on 31-12-24 to 01-01-25 mainly with the intension of visiting the carnival ground at malayatoor . We had to walk 3 km one side for seeing Carnival ..Since our vehicles were parked inside the resort facilities and trusting the security features of the resort , we were of the belief that the vehicles would be safe.. On coming back we were astonished to see that remains of crackers which were all over the vehicles parked inside the resort.. Since we were tired and was in the late night we didn't notice any damages to the vehicle and upon the return back home in the early morning, i noticed a crack in the Windshield of the car . Upon examining there was the ash and a dent on the window due or cracker and the cracker remains were in the wiper bay ( photos attached ) when we asked for the surveillance footage , the resort people showed us all other except this particular cam..I waited for these days since they told they would be sharing . But it's understood that the accident was caused by the knowledge of resort staff itself .. Hence request everyone not to fall for their sweet commitments and please rethink before booking this place.. I had to pay 20k for my mistake

Pretty clean with friendly, helpful staff and good communication with the manager.

Was a night stay, location was good, quiet and calm. Staff were friendly and the food prepared in the kitchen on request was also good.

Pool was not functional.. surprised to see a snake 🐍 in the pool while it was being cleaned and filled up
