Neighbours noise shouting People on the road throwing things over People passing by singing and kids walking up and down The area seems not to be safe when you at the balcony

the location of the hotel, despite having many disadvantaged people living around it

poor hygiene, especially bed linen. a lot of noise in the building on weekends, young people smoking in the corridors, we didn't feel safe.

The property is spacious and beautiful, and most parts of it were clean. It is fully equipped, especially in the kitchen. The views of the city are also very nice

The bathrooms had a funny smell and the hygiene was questionable. One of the bathrooms to be specific had dirty towels, a broken door handle and didn’t look and smell clean The Wi-Fi was a bit slow

The property was a comfortable well priced space in the Cape Town city centre
