The room was dirty and it smells like smoke. All our belongings smelled like smoke.

Very quiet

My son got bit on his legs, every time we left the room we had to go down 3 flights of stairs to get another key because our door was broken, the picture frame was broken glass fell from it, very rude customer service, im very disappointed in the stay.

Did not even get pass the front office they require $100 deposit that I wasnt prepared to pay and the clerk was very rude about it so ill never book there again

I didn't have breakfast never knew they served breakfast.the room overall was clean and large and comfy

Sometimes folks alarms be going off but I slept well
