Spacious, well located, lovely view, cozy and confortable, well lit, well equiped, very clean.

The host was very kind and helpful with everything, answering all my questions. The bus stop was nearby, with very good access to Venice. The apartment was well-equipped, with everything we needed.

Noises coming from outside, like the garbage truck at night, were disturbing – but it was bearable.

I recently stayed in this apartment and was very impressed. The apartment was extremely clean, featuring two comfortable rooms with cozy beds, and the toilet and shower were also spotless. The kitchen was well-equipped, complete with a coffee machine and all the necessary utensils. One delightful surprise was the complimentary bottle of prosecco from the host; it’s a small gesture, but it made the stay even more special. There’s a large supermarket nearby, as well as some nice restaurants for quick bites. The railway station is just a 10-12 minute walk away, making it very convenient for travel. Overall, everything was excellent, and I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Great location for visiting Venezia. Apartmen is clean, suitable for families. There are Macdonald and Interspar 2 min walking distance. I can realy recomend the place

This would be a fantastic spot for more than 2 people, it's a huge apartment! Very modern. Really close to the bus, supermarket, and a couple restaurants. 20 minutes to Venice by bus.

The couch was so uncomfortable we didn't use it. The bed is very firm (I loved that, my boyfriend did not). I have food allergies so I cooked and the oven mits were dirty, the sponge was old, and the cookware needed a good wash before using. I also have a hard time with fragrances and whatever laundry soap they use smells so strongly of men's cologne I could hardly use the towels. It got better after letting them air out for a day, but it was so strong. The bedding didn't have the same smell luckily. Overall fine experience here, and would recommend for larger groups.
