Convenience and location plus being able to bring my puppy with me was amazing

No onsite parking for EV’s and the lounge was perhaps a little small otherwise really good

Loved my stay here! The hotel is very new and very easy to access for the Parnell station or a short walk to cbd. Quite and safe neighborhood better than cbd which is now full of homeless people! My room was large comfortable and very clean. The complimentary coffee and tea were very nice! Staff were very efficient and friendly. Also because the hotel it is on hill you can use the elevator to ground floor and then a side door that get you to close to beach st to cbd. Very convenient! Highly recommended Just be aware that night hours the hotel don’t have staff but they do have a phone to call.

Only a short walk from Auckland Strand station (we came in from the Northern Explorer train). Nice and modern hotel. Bathroom had everything you needed for a short stay.

The noise from the road was very loud - we stayed on the 2nd floor which is below the reception on the 4th floor. We could hear all loud vehicles as if they were right next to us. Would recommend earplugs if choosing to stay here.

Convenient, compact and comfortable

The location is good in a nice area with good food options but still walking distance to the city centre. The room had a nice enough view and was clean with a comfy bed. Everything ran smoothly and for the price it seemed fine value. Sound proofing seemed pretty good.

Nothing much - a coffee pod machine would be nice. The shower head was detachable but I never managed to get it to just stay on a good angle in a fixed location as it kept moving with the water pressure. There is no social aspect to the hotel or any communal atmosphere if that's something you were looking for - i didn't expect anything though.
