All staff are all exceptional very respectful and helpful in any ways.Beautiful and very quiet place and security is well. I'll comeback again love the beach and beautiful pool they take care of you in every ways It's highly recommended Big thanks to Andres very helpful on our pick up at the airport Everybody are all pleasant Keep it up.

Nothing Everyone are awesome

The staff were was worth the stay everyone was so nice and friendly plus accommodating to all request that we asked of them. My only concern was that the beach area was in need of some maintenance and up keep.

Beautiful and well maintained garden; infinity pool; delicious breakfast; free airport shuttle but first of all the staff of the resort - kind and helpful. There were only few guests in the resort (I really don’t know why because place is really nice) that was awesome for us - we had peace and quiet:-)

Location a little bit far from Alona Beach and restaurants; bathroom (definitely needs renovation); loud air-conditioning

The resort is nice and clean. We like the friendliness of the staff.

The bathroom needed air conditioning unit as it was stuffy. Had to constantly ask front desk for housekeeper to open our door because we were issued only one key. A key is needed to turn on lights, fridge and AC. Without it, room gets stuffy.

Too many steps/stairs to climb, not ideal for seniors or with knee problems. Staff was wonderful, food was great. Shuttle & tours arrangement were perfect.

This resort is in a secluded location, very quiet and safe. The staff were very accommodating. It was difficult to get a hold of them initially to arrange for airport transfer. The numbers provided do not work on WhatsApp or Messenger, difficult with international phones and data only eSIM. I only received one response via email that I found on Facebook asking for flight info. Even then, there was no follow up. I wasn’t sure if we were going to have transport pick us up or not, but there was one waiting for us when we arrived, phew! Overall enjoyed our short stay here. Recommended for those who prefer to be away from the busy overcrowded beaches like Alona beach. The property is very clean but some facilities need update. It is beachfront and semi private. My only complaint is the no outside food and drink policy which comes with penalties. There is nothing nearby to purchase decent snacks or drinks so they need to reconsider that policy. It may be the one thing turning potential guests from here. That’s a shame because it’s otherwise a really nice place to unwind.

I love the ambiance, the gardens & the food. It was really a nice experience.

The water in the beach gives off a foul smell. I'm not sure where the smell came from.

The resort is huge but with very well maintained garden. Very hilly design and the way to beach and pool steep. Elderly people need to be fit. The beach was not really clean though someone cleaned leaves but did n't bother to clean of waist as plastic bottles and other plastic waist. Strange My room was spacious the bed comfortable. The bathroom could use an update some rusty spots on tap and water suppliers. The warm water was very low temperature. The breakfast was satisfying nothing real special but more then good. The resto good was very good with big portion so no need to search nearby. The prices very competitive and reasonable. The beef tapa maybe over priced. I need to say that Flushing Meadows resort is made by the whole staff who's very polite and skilled. Al needs are served and brought with a smile. I recommend the resort and will go back
