What an amazing place! Highly recommend. The apartment is gorgeous and very tastefully decorated. The terrace views are magnificent. Areti our host could not be more helpful. You will need a rental car to get to this property

The upstairs mezzanine bedroom was a little hot and the aircon struggles to cool this space. A fan would be good.

The view is magnificent and the house is lovely and convenient. Star gazing from the terrace was a delight. Very quiet and peaceful. Next to a very good supermarket and the pretty town of Andros. The host is super friendly and helpful!

A very poor WiFi, I needed to use 4G for work. Some limited amount of cooking appliances (it’s ok if you eat mostly outside but we cooked). There are neighbors downstairs on the same property.

"Wonderful place and amazing hosts!"

The property is wonderful! Has everything needed, even things you wouldn’t think of. The house contains stuff you wouldn’t find at other properties, like liquid for the washing machine, ‘tsipouro’ and the comfiest bed ever! Also, the property is named in memory of the owners late dog (🥺🥺) which is wonderful. The owner herself is a very good person and also very helpful, fun and lively! We will DEFINITELY visit again.

There’s nothing not to like about the property!

"A confortable stay and a great base from which to explore Andros."

Perfect. An ideal balance between a central location and a place with peace and quiet. We only spent four nights there, but the property was well-equipped for people who may wish to stay much longer. It was also lovely and cool: we never needed to use the air-conditioning! The view from the front porch was fantastic (see photos). Areti was very helpful, offering advice and ideas about places to visit, where to eat, swim etc. There is plenty to explore in Andros (bring/rent a car), so the help mattered!

Well, we had to leave eventually... all Cycladic islands can get some windy weather, but don't worry. Again, ask Areti for protected beaches; there are plenty of them.

The residence was just great & we can highly recommend it. The view over andros and the sea is great. The owner was very helpful. It was just a perfect stay and if we'll go to Andros again (most certanly yes) we would stay at Richies again.
