The place has a very strong sweat and mosses smell the moment you entered. This is my second time staying and all issues remained the same and got worse. The bathroom ceiling is leaking constantly and you see mosses growing covering the ceiling. Previous guest reported and this is a month a part when I returned; nothing got repaired, in fact the odour got worse. The bed is filmsy too. Overall not hygiene. Also be prepared to spend 30mins for check in cause the receptionist will need to call the host to confirm your check in and the host might not pick up so you have to wait as they kept calling. Note that there’s no luggage placement or storage too, so while waiting and during checkout you must bring your luggage with you

The location was good, plenty around you can walk to, and a Grab to anywhere in Manila really. Area is lovely. The room has a lovely view of town, and a washing machine which is really handy.

The bathroom has some leaking in the roof, which drips water onto the floor all the time. The bed is not too comfortable. The check in process is interesting with having to register with the front desk etc. luggage storage is also expensive.

Het plafond in de badkamer lekte. Tot drie keer gevraagd om ernaar te kijken. Toegezegd, maar niet gedaan. Geen drinkwater. De plek is heel luid in de avond helaas. Daar kan de eigenaar niet zoveel aan doen, maar nachts zijn de straten rustig en trekken motoren vaak hard en lang op.
