Wonderful place to stay for 4 days attending a wedding. Loved the room, quite spacious. Facilities were excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful

Beautiful, new fresh clean hotel. Quiet area. Super friendly staff.

We stayed in the hotel twice in one week. In one room, the safe was behind a door that could not be opened, rendering the safe very difficult to access. The AC blows directly onto your face. On the fourth floor, there is constant noise from some machinery. Rooms next to the 4 lane highway are exceptionally noisy. Would not recommend or stay again

Beautiful hotel in a very nice area. Overall room is nicely laid out with a couple of major flaws. Traffic noise is awful depending on side of the hotel you’re staying in. Air conditioner vent blows right down on the bed. In room safe is behind one closet door that is pinned shut so the door won’t swing into the mirror on the outside of the adjacent bathroom door. Lack of attention to details in room design is disappointing in what otherwise is a nice place.

Front Dest staff was great (sorry, don’t remember the names of the 2 ladies who were always there with their warm, great smiles, and ready to assist attitude). The gentleman at the desk (platinum hair) was dry and had attitude though his pleasant personality showed up the day before we left which was wonderful to see. The lady (either supervisor or manager) who showed up at the Desk just as we were leaving for the airport around 8am) never acknowledged us even as the Front Desk agent was thanking us for staying with them. Very poor image of a leader. We are still giving a 5star because of the 2 FD agents, bfast attendant (young man), and housekeepers. Property was very clean, bed was comfortable, bed sheets and covers were clean. It was perfect for what we needed as our hotel for 4 days. I also called twice due to long flight delays - the agents on the phone were understanding, kind and supportive. We ended up checking in before 3am the next day and we were welcomed warmly. Thank you!
