This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included)This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.

Les équipements, la décoration, l'emplacement.

L'isolation acoustique est une catastrophe. On entend tous les voisins. Le chauffage qui ne fonctionne pas ou peu. Le manque d'une petite pelle avec balayette pour pouvoir ramasser des choses que l'on fait tomber (miettes, etc...) Des couteaux à steak, impossible de couper avec les couteaux présents. Cendrier sur le balcon pour les fumeurs.

No me gustò, que del extractor de humos caìa agua, y el piso no estaba del todo barrido ya que he visto pelos. También bastante humedad en el ambiente aunque Oporto es húmedo. Mas allá de esto, nos brindaron servicio de house keeper diario, siempre hubo comunicación, y la estancia esta muy bien, como plus camas comidas y algunos electrodomésticos.Tiene una buena relación calidad precio

"It was disappointing."

The Wifi signals were so weak that it didn't work in my apartment at all. On informing the Guestready about it they said they can help me select an esim. On 3rd Day of my stay i got stuck in the building as the door knob was broken and it couldn't be opened. I remained stuck there for around 2 hours and missed one of my important meeting.

Everything was great! Very well equiped kitchen, easy to cook. Awsome location to stay in Porto!

I could hear the steps of all of my neighbours walking above my head... But it is a problem of the building, not much to be done....

המקום חמוד ומאוד נחמד כשמגיעים. מקבלים ערכת ניקיון למטבח שזה ממש חמוד

ניקיון ניתן לשיפור בהחלט. נשארתי שבועיים, ביקשתי ריענון של החדר וכשחזרתי היה נראה נחמד אבל כשהגעתי למיטה הבנתי שרק עשו כאילו; אבל לא החליפו מצעים. אני חושבת שמגיע למי שנמצא שבועיים החלפת סדינים פעם אחת. בנוסף אפילו לא העבירו מטאטא ומהיום הראשון הרצפה הייתה דביקה מאוד. בנוסף המזגן במקום מאוד לא טוב. הוא מקרר/מחמם רק את החדר. הסלון/מטבח איפה שהטלויזיה ומקלחת נשארים כמו קוביית קרח. בנוסף הקירות לא בנויות כמו שצריך שומעים כל דבר מהחדר ליד ואי אפשר לישון.
