Sicuramente la posizione e la terrazza.

Sporca. Dopo averlo segnalato al proprietario che ha provveduto a far pulire nuovamente, la situazione non è cambiata. Disordinata con presenza di cose sporche/vecchie/rotte nei cassetti. Lavatrice rotta abbandonata in terrazza. Piatti rovinati/sbeccati. Macchina del caffè presente ma senza cialde/capsule e senza indicazione su quali comprare. ADSL non funzionante (guasto segnalato dal proprietario). Saremo stati sfortunati noi ma 2 tv su 2 non funzionanti. Sinceramente non consiglierei questa proprietà. Poca cura. Tanto potenziale ma davvero poca cura.

Spacious accommodation with working air conditioning. We liked the upper terrace, especially in the evenings and mornings when the sun wasn't burning so much. You have to take into account that it is quite busy around the house. But that is the price for the proximity of the apartment to the center of the picturesque town. The house is decently equipped, we did not miss anything essential. Maybe if there was an umbrella available :), so that everyone doesn't have to buy one when going to the beach.

If you arrive by car, you must expect to park in the paid parking lot. There are several of them nearby and we always found a place (June).
