Beach Vista Apartment One in Barmouth

Location, very comfortable, clean, everything you needed.

Location brilliant for train station, beaches and restaurants

The apartment was very spacious more so than was thought from the photos. It is decorated well and is very clean. It included everything needed for our week away and the bedroom at the end of the apartment overlooked the beach and ocean so you could lie on the bed and relax with the view or sit in the tub chairs by the window. All shops, cafes, restaurants, arcades with small fair, beach, bus stop and train station are an extremely close and in walking distance.

The only thing to note that wasn’t a dislike actually, but if you are a light sleeper you may need earplugs especially on the warmer nights if you wish for the windows to be open. It can be quite noisy from the train station barrier alarm and train horn which is just over the road to the apartment. Trucks and vans also doing deliveries to the shops, mainly those keeping the fridges running outside. However this didn’t cause a problem for our stay.

La lámpara de la habitación de matrimonio es una tortura. Está tan baja que nos dábamos golpes en la cabeza con ella todo el rato. Es lo único que veo mejorable.

Good location

Narrow access upstairs with stair lift making it difficult to negotiate cases around. No instructions for using equipment in the kitchen or tv. Internet not reliable. Having to make several phone calls to gain access to the property when a simple email with the code would have made life much easier

Very clean very comfortable bed, everything we needed ,near all amenities and very close to train station. Host Tammi was very helpful and knowledgeable

Called the host and she explained where keys were, and where to park

There was one issue with the apartment but the host contacted me straight away when I flagged this up. It could not be solved that week but hopefully has been solved since. Host was very communicative and called as soon as I highlighted the issue

Host was superb. Great location. Walking distance to everything. Apartment great with excellent views. Stayed a week and left my car parked the entire time.
