Affordable basic facilities available

We were asked to change our room after 1st day, the 2nd room alloted to us was ok but the windows were connected to passage hence we couldn't open the curtains though it was extremely necessary for the sun to come as it was very cold. The hot water takes time after one bucket you'll have to wait 15min for the water to heat up again. Rest things were fine. Btw the hotel name is Urban bliss and not super o or whatever
