Andenia Boutique Hotel, Sacred Valley

We had a really great stay at Andenia. The hotel is beautiful, the bed was super comfortable, and the staff was always friendly, helpful, and attentive. We felt very well taken care of and truly enjoyed our time there.

The gardens were amazing.

Walls were thin and patios side by side with neighbors meant if they were using theirs you didn’t really have privacy in the rooms near reception. Others to the back of property may be better. Also we were there at maybe a bad time as they were setting up for an event so it was busy. I suspect normally it’s more serene.

Beautiful location. Very quiet and peaceful with the surrounding mountains.

The room was nothing like the pictures on the website showed. It was dark, damp and there was no window to open. The swimming pool had hardly any water in it and the staff didn’t seem like they couldn’t be bothered to work. Very over priced for what you get.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The rooms were detached and located in a beautiful relaxing garden (with running streams) away from reception and restaurant. The room was well appointed with a balcony overlooking the garden. The property has a pool and hot tub. The restaurant provided good quality and varied food. Each evening the staff lit a fire in our room adding to the relaxing and comfortable experience. We were also able to store our luggage whilst visiting Machu Picchu overnight.

Very friendly staff members; boutique style accommodations which is what we liked. Fine facilities and good ambiance.

Si no fuera por el ruido el lugar era bastante agradable

Habían alquilado un área para un matrimonio y al momento de implementarlo generaban mucho ruido con un grupo electrógeno y el montaje de un toldo que no dejaba descansar
