Purtroppo la scarsa manutenzione dell'appartamento: lo sciacquone del water si è rotto e nonostante sia stato repentinamente riparato ha continuato a far rumore tutta la notte. Poi il perno della doccia era rotto, bisognava utilizzare solo il doccino non consentendone un uso pieno. I cuscini del letto troppo morbidi.

Our stay at Bolhão Residences was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! The location is simply superb — truly 10/10. The apartment is just steps away from Rua de Santa Catarina and right around the corner from Mercado do Bolhão, making everything incredibly accessible. Exploring Porto was so easy; my family walked almost all day, every day. After long hours of sightseeing, coming back to the apartment felt like pure relief — all our tiredness instantly melted away. The apartment itself is beautifully immaculate. Cleanliness is beyond impressive — another 10/10! As someone who informed them in advance that my daughter and I have severe asthma and dust allergies, I was deeply touched by their response. They not only reassured us but even asked if we had any additional allergies. That level of care meant so much to us. And they truly delivered — their cleaning standards are exceptional. The space feels so relaxing, cozy, calm, and pure. Even the smell of the apartment was divine! Every detail made it feel like a peaceful sanctuary. We were also warmly welcomed with Porto wine and cake upon arrival — such a thoughtful and kind gesture. The hospitality here is genuine and heartfelt. A special thank you to Carla (I hope I got her name right!) for being so helpful and welcoming. She kindly assisted me in finding places I needed to go and made us feel truly cared for. Porto is such a beautiful city, and this lovely apartment made our experience even more special. I am already excited to return and will absolutely book this apartment again. Hope to see Porto again very soon — and to stay at this wonderful place once more!

Security, comfort, location. Everything! Loved having a washing machine/dryer. Appreciated the lovely cake and port in on arrival.

This is the first time I've given a 10 star rating for an overnight stay. A beautiful, comfortable, very clean, and well-equipped apartment in a great location. The hosts are incredibly kind and gracious. I was especially touched when we were greeted with delicious cake and wine. I wholeheartedly recommend it. Thank you for your hospitality.

Locatie is perfect , alles op loopafstand. De inrichting is luxe en comfortabel. Er is een wasmachine en droger ineen aanwezig. Je wordt ontvangen als op een verjaardag met taart en port , zo fijn na een lange reis. Ben je slecht ter been niet geschikt, het is enorm steil om er te komen (straat en ingang flat) en in de winter heeft Porto zeer gladde stoeptegels door de vele regen. Ligt in voetgangersgebied.Eenmaal binnen heeft appartement een lift.

Alles beviel hier, een plek om lang te kunnen verblijven.
