There is a lot of “stuff” in the house. The dried flower arrangements are not allergy sufferer friendly. I’m sure the knick knacks are special which made for anxiousness that something could break. Less is more!

The only positive of this villa was the host, Marco.

As we checked in, we were told that one of the 4 bedrooms would not be usable due to no air conditioning. There was mold, not sufficient hot water, low water pressure, dirty facility, sewage smell in bathrooms, very uncomfortable beds, less than 1 towel per person and that towel was to be used for several days, water leak in one bedroom. Terrible accommodations.

The kitchen needs to be updated, perhaps trim some of the greenery in the courtyard

The Villa is at the top and the lovely garden offers an incredible view overlooking Positano. The host was very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this property for a great stay in Positano.

location ! house had good “bones”. the ceramic tile throughout was beautiful. the house was very clean! the bathrooms were very nice and balconies / terrace were great! it was quiet on the end of the street. not a lot of stairs. easy to get to and close to everything !! the concierge service from Marco was spectacular. we would return to any of the properties he is affiliated with.

out of all the mattresses only the one in the master was comfortable. need better mattresses. but the sheets and pillows were okay. not enough proper wine glasses. also kitchen should be equipped with new sponges. also while the bones of the house were great the furnishings were a bit dated and fussy. lots of stuff everywhere including dusty fake flowers.

The Villa is great. Fun and colorful. good showers and bathrooms, AC works well. Beds are a little hard... Marco who greeted us is excellent. He showed us around, helped suggest restaurants and made reservations for us, found us a boat and captain, a car and driver and a tour guide in Pompei! He is great. The Villa is in a good location on the Fornillo side of town. it is on a stair case that goes down to Fornillo beach - just under 400 stairs! It is quite high up so walking into town or to the beach is steep and a steep climb back up, but it was fine. There is a convenient street pull out close to the villa for loading and unloading bags and people, then a short walk on foot (only a few stairs) to get to the Villa. Beautiful mature fig trees are in the garden and make for delicious snacks. We would stay there again, but beware of the steps to and from the beach if you are not fit and mobile.

The small garden was lovely with a beautiful view, which you get almost everywhere in Positano.

Stay away from this property! These are worst beds/mattresses we have ever slept on, absolutely terrible. The fourth “bedroom” is not a bedroom, it is on a third floor like an attic with very narrow steep stairs. It gets too hot and with the air conditioning it’s too cold to sleep as it is a tiny space also with no bathroom, overall this should not be classified a bedroom. The kitchen was very dirty and there were ants everywhere. Also the downstairs area is a lot smaller than the photos show, it’s tiny with way too much furniture making it cluttered and no space to move. The location is also too far from the centre, it is quiet which is nice, but far. Also it is was not made clear enough when we booked, but children under the 12 are not allowed and although they let us stay with young children, we were forced to sign waiver forms in order to stay, which we did. It was an unpleasant experience from start to finish. If you are traveling to Positano, do not stay here. It’s uncomfortable, small, dirty, too far and very overpriced.
