I'm giving it a good review because it is a nice property next to the beach. It's a beautiful building. The location is a short distance to the ferry port. It's a great value and price. However, I feel my review is pretty generous, considering the host doesn't bother to tell you when you book that she would need to drive there to let you in. My plane was two hours late, beyond my control, and I did my best to advise arrival time. However, as a foreigner, I had no data to contact her. I waited 50 minutes for her to get there!!! This is information she could have shared. Very unnecessary. Communication is free and needs to be utilized! It's also not exactly as pictured. The view is also not at pictured. There is no little table to eat a meal at a pictured. A far as kitchen goes - no actual plates, glasses, knives, pans, etc. Don't plan to cook, because it's not equipped for it. Soap needs to be improved also. For the money it's decent, but the wait was totally unnecessary and could have been avoided if she told me the situation before I arrived. Small improvements world make this really nice.

Nearly an hour wait to check in. Not exactly as pictured. Doesn't have the view pictured. Used barsoap. Lack of communication. Kitchen is not equipped for actual use.
