"Uneasy"

Hotel was amazing.

When our new towels were put in our room they had bugs crawling on them. I googled the crawling bugs and they were identified as bed bugs. We were moved to a new room and took all our luggage out to our car. We were told we would be given points to cover a night stay, but the points didn't cover a night stay when we were trying to book at another Hilton hotel.

It's located in an area where there isn't much to do but I think that's just the entire town.
