AUThe property was in excellent location. A lot of thought had been put into the comfort of guests and it was very clean.
The stairs were the only thing that didn’t 100% suit. Would have liked a railing but that maybe just an age thing 😊
GBOnly thing we was not overly happy was that the property was very cold when we first went in the property, apart from That we was very pleased with it

The front door lock is very hard to open at times. The owner did send instructions however if I didn't have a friend with me who could open the door ( after some struggles) I would have had difficulty in opening the door

NLCommunication with the owner was very easy. We could park our car right in front of the property and pick up the key from the locker. Unfortunately I left the key inside the property when going out for dinner and closed the door, so we were locked out. Luckily the owner was so nice as to put a spare key in the locker while we were out for dinner, so we could enter the property when we returned from our dinner. Very much appreciated! The location of the property is perfect. Right by the river, and a short walk (along the river) from the city center. The facilities and the beds were very good. We really enjoyed our stay.

GBGBBooked this accommodation as part of my partner's birthday plus we were going to a concert at the m&s bank arena. Parking is also located at the accommodation so didnt have to worry about traffic getting in and out of the gig, as only a 10 minute walk. Also handy for the city centre with an average 15/20 minute walk. Wow what a fantastic accommodation n both my daughter and partner were over the moon. It was so well equipped and clean, even offered chilled bottles of water which I was happy about with being the designated driver. It was chilly when we first arrived but after half hour the apartment was all cosy and warm. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend.
