‏المنطقة هادئة ‏والطبيعة خلابة وفي جانب الكوخ وخلفه مسطح اخضر ويوجد بها مرجيحه وزحليقة للأطفال وجلسه خارجية للشواء خاصه يوجد مطبخ فيه جميع الادوات وغسالة صحون ويوجد حمامين وصالة كبيرة وطاولة طعام واطلالة البلكونه هادئة وصاحب السكن متعاون ويوجد بقالة على بعد عشر دقائق مشي

الاطلالة روعة على جبال تاترا ..وحجم الشاليه ممتاز ... مناسب لعائلة صغيرة .. موقعها في قرية زديار الهادئة وسط الطبيعه .. يوجد جاكوزي خاص وحمام ساونا .... تحتاح سياره للتنقل للأماكن السياحيه
