The place reeked of cigarette smoke the moment I arrived. The guests next door were constantly smoking inside their unit, and the smell kept pouring into my studio from both the balcony and the hallway. There was nasty mold in the bathroom, the shower head was broken, and the water pressure was so low that taking a shower was almost impossible. The bathroom fan didn’t work and made a horrible squeaking noise like a dying cat. The drain in the bathroom was clogged and wouldn’t let the water out. The balcony door and windows were so poorly built that they did nothing to block the street noise—it was nearly impossible to sleep. When I complained, the property just sent me an AI-generated apology letter, with no offer of a discount or refund. The price for this place is definitely not worth it. All my clothes are going to be dry-cleaned to get rid of the smell

We didn’t like the location because it is next to a big boulevard and it is very noisy.Also we didn’t like the building because it is not good maintained.

The apartment was small but comfortable and clean. It was near the city center and also there was a free public parking nearby.
